ID Info -  NCIC #M-931159570. Joshua is a white male, 5'10" tall, weighs 145 pounds, has curly black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing baggie brown shorts and a dark colored t-shirt.

Circumstances:

Joshua Bryan Smith left his place of employment, located on Roscoe Boulevard, on the night of 4-NOV-2000 and drove to the beach going to a beach facility that his family belonged to. He was seen going through the lobby at 8:30pm and has never been seen again. Later Josh's shoes were located on the beach near his truck. His truck was locked and contained his wallet and money. His keys were missing. His family initially started looking for Josh after they had not heard from him. Dogs were called out and they traced his steps for 1/2 mile across the beach from where they had first found his shoes. The search began around 6:00 am on the morning of 5-NOV-2000 by the St. John's County Sheriff's Department.
